Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground sausage
  • 2 cups

    Bisquick mix


  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 cookie sheet

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper or lightly coat with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine sausage, Bisquick mix, cheddar cheese, milk, and garlic powder. 1 pound ground sausage,2 cups

  3. Mix until well combined. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Use your clean hands to mix everything together. It's messy but it's the best way to get everything evenly combined. Keep a bowl of water nearby to wet your hands between rolling balls so the mixture doesn't stick as much.
