FAQs about this Cheesy ground beef Dip:

Can I make this in a slow cooker? Yes! Brown the beef first, then add all ingredients to the slow cooker. Heat on low for 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally, until melted and smooth.

How do I keep the dip from getting too thick? The dip will thicken as it sits. Just stir in a little milk or broth to thin it back out. If serving at a party, keep it in a slow cooker on warm.

Can I make this ahead of time? You can brown the beef ahead, but the dip is best made fresh. If you must make it ahead, reheat gently and add liquid to restore the creamy consistency.
